Our Story
We are entrepreneurs at heart: Ambitious, down to earth and honest.
Since our launch in April 2019, we made a clear choice to bootstrap Fleet and build a sustainable, profitable company.
Today, Fleet is experiencing strong acceleration, with +92% year-over-year growth and more than €30M in annualized revenue.
We want to become the leading Device-as-a-Service offer in Europe.
How?
By making the life of founders, CTOs, and IT managers significantly easier.
Fleet simplifies the entire lifecycle of IT equipment — from procurement to renewal — enabling companies to scale effortlessly, whether they are early-stage startups or established unicorns.
Who?
Built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
Our ecosystem is deeply connected with leading VCs, investors, and fast-growing startups across Europe.
We operate with strong local presence through our hubs in Barcelona and Paris, supporting companies across Germany, France, Spain, the UK, US, Italy, Netherlands and beyond.

Your Contribution: Drive Ecosystem Development & Market Expansion
Fleet is accelerating its expansion worldwide. Working closely with Gaëtan Delcroix, Head of Partnerships & Go-to-Market, you'll help launch new markets and build our ecosystem presence through strategic initiatives:
- Ecosystem Mapping & Relationship Building: Research, map, and meet key startup ecosystems, tech hubs, investor networks, and accelerators across target markets (Germany, UK, Benelux, etc.), then establish a strategy to collaborate with these players
- Event Strategy & Execution: Identify, organize, and attend strategic events (conferences, pitch competitions, startup gatherings) to build Fleet's presence and generate leads
- Market Launch Support: Contribute to the launch of new countries by adapting GTM strategies, localizing messaging, and identifying key local partners and entry points
- Community Building: Help structure and animate our ecosystem of startups, VCs, and accelerators through targeted outreach, content, and engagement initiatives
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless market entry and maximize ecosystem impact
The Ideal Profile:
- You are in your final year of a top Business School (Master's level) and eager to get your hands dirty
- You are hungry: you want to help launch and build something big, not just tick boxes on your resume
- You are comfortable talking to anyone, whether that's a Fortune 500 executive, a fund partner, or a startup founder
- You are organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple topics simultaneously without losing focus
- You speak fluent English (bilingual level required, our partners are international)
- Spanish is a strong plus (we operate in Spain!)
