Your Contribution: Scale Fleet's Demand Generation Engine
- Own and execute Fleet's demand generation engine, driving qualified pipeline through technical GTM infrastructure, ABM campaigns, and paid channels
- Build and operate the GTM tech stack to capture buying intent signals, enrich prospect data, and enable sales with actionable insights
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing programs at scale, orchestrating multi-touch campaigns (email, display, retargeting, social) to engage high-value accounts
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, display) through rigorous testing, performance tracking, and clear ROI accountability
- Partner with Sales & Salesops to ensure seamless lead routing, scoring models, and attribution that connects marketing spend to pipeline outcomes
- Define growth metrics and experimentation roadmap, running structured tests to continuously improve conversion rates and CAC efficiency
The Ideal Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
- Proven track record building pipeline through paid campaigns, ABM programs, and intent-driven outbound
- Strong command of HubSpot, paid channels (LinkedIn/Google Ads), and GTM tools (Clay, Amplemarket, Lemlist, etc.)
- Technical proficiency with APIs, automation (n8n/Zapier), data analytics (SQL, Metabase), and marketing attribution
- Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and multi-touch campaign orchestration
