Your Contribution: Bring our Paid Marketing Channel to next level

Currently, we are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to help us continue our growth within Europe & in the US.

You will work closely with Baptiste, VP Growth & Marine, Content Manager.

Build and own a multi-channel paid strategy (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
Manage and optimize the media budget to drive maximum ROI.
Launch, monitor, and continuously improve performance campaigns (AB testing, landing pages, creatives, targeting…).
Collaborate with Content, Sales, and Design teams to develop impactful assets and messaging.
Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like GA4, HubSpot, Looker, etc.
Identify new acquisition opportunities (retargeting, native ads, co-marketing, etc.).
Contribute to messaging and positioning tailored to our main personas (IT, HR, Finance…)

You have already gained 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a startup working in Paid Marketing
