Your Contribution: Structure our Global Go-to-Market Efforts

Currently, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to accelerate our expansion to Germany. You will work closely with Peter our Director, our CEO Alex, and COO Sevan. Your main missions will be:

• Global Collaborations: Work closely with the leadership from our different locations in Spain, UK, Germany, France, US.
• Revenue Operations Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement process improvements across the customer journey to enhance efficiency and drive measurable results. Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and sales performance.
• Tool Management & Integration: Manage and optimize key tools including Hubspot, Clay, and email sequencing platforms such as Amplemarket, Smartlead, and Lemlist. Oversee the integration of various tech stacks to ensure data consistency and actionable insights across departments.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.

• You have already gained 1-3 years relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. startup, venture capital, consulting) and are familiar with launching new projects from scratch.
• You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
• You want to take on responsibility right from the start and drive your own projects forward.
• You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.
