Your Contribution: Bring our Partnerships Channel to next level

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to help us continue our growth within Europe & in the US.

You will work closely with Sevan, Co-founder & CEO of Fleet and Baptiste VP Growth

• Define and execute the partnership strategy hand-in-hand with our VP of Growth, with a global scope (+60% of our revenue comes from international markets, and we are currently launching in the US).
• Strategic Monitoring and Identification of New Opportunities: Monitor the market to spot trends and new players who could become strategic partners.
• Management of Existing Partners: Maintain and develop relationships with current partners to ensure long-term collaboration (Remote, Qonto, Vanta to name only a few)
• Product Integrations: Create synergies and/or product integrations that generate value with our partners.
• Partnership Performance Tracking: Analyze partnership KPIs (e.g., number of leads, revenue generated, etc.) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Internal Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy.
• Training and Support for Partners: Provide training to partners on the company's products/services to maximize partnership impact.
