Your Contribution: Accelerate our Market Expansion

Currently, we are looking for an Expansion Associate to accelerate our expansion to Germany. You will work closely with Peter our Country Director, our CEO Alex, and COO Sevan. Your main missions will be:

• Go-To-Market strategy: Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the launch in Germany.
• Strategic Projects: Drive strategic projects and oversee the launch and distribution of new offers.
• Revenue: Own the revenue in the country and be a direct contributor to our success.
• Business Excellence: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent relationships and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Customer First: Make sure that the customer come first.

We learned that great entrepreneurs do not always follow traditional paths, which is why we want to hear from you regardless. From other Fleet Associates, we learned that the following profiles get the most out of the position:

• You have a scientific background or a degree from a tier 1 Business School and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. startup, venture capital, consulting) and are familiar with launching new projects from scratch.
• You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
