Your Contribution: Launch the UK Market from scratch

Currently we are looking for a Country Launcher to help us continue our growth within Europe.

Working closely with Alex & Sevan the two founders of Fleet, and Baptiste, our Chief of Staff your will have the mission to start the UK Market from scratch :

• Direct Oversight of UK Operations : Lead the business activities in the UK, including crafting and executing Go-To-Market strategies that align with local market dynamics and company goals.
• P&L Management: Take full ownership of the P&L account for the UK branch. This involves monitoring revenues, managing expenses, and driving profitability.
• Team Recruitment and Development: Build and nurture a high-performing local team through strategic recruitment and tailored training programs.
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business strategies for the UK market, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with both international and local teams to ensure cohesive business operations, sharing best practices and insights.

Your Profile

• You are an entrepreneur, a top performer, and are used to overcoming obstacles.
• You have a scientific background or a degree from a tier 1 Business School
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. startup, venture capital, consulting) and are familiar with launching new projects from scratch.
• You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
• You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.
