Your Contribution: Bring our Operations to next level

We are currently looking for a VP Operations to support our growth and improve the management of our Operations. As a VP Ops you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Take full ownership of our Operations across all markets, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
• Lead and empower a high-performing team of Ops associates (3p between Operations & Customer Care), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic, long-term partnerships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing, secure product availability, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance current operational processes (e.g., order management, delivery, invoicing) and drive efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects that involve coordination with various internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Play an active role in supporting International Expansion, helping scale operations in new markets.
• Continuously evaluate, optimize, and track Ops KPIs to ensure performance and process improvements.
• Introduce automation tools to streamline and accelerate operational workflows, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.
