The job
Currently we are looking for a VP Sales Europe to help us continue our growth.
Working closely with Alex & Sevan the two founders of Fleet you will be responsible for structuring, leading, and executing our commercial strategy in Europe
- Lead our Sales Strategy: Own and refine our Go-To-Market strategy in Europe. Identify new growth opportunities, understand local market dynamics, and ensure the sales approach aligns with our broader business goals.
- Team Recruitment & Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team across the region. Focus on recruitment, training, and ongoing development to ensure the team has the skills and support to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Market Expansion & Growth: Drive the expansion of Fleet’s presence in new European markets. Identify new opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that sales strategies lead to measurable business growth.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance across the regions. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and tweak strategies as needed to hit KPIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and other central teams to ensure we’re aligned on messaging, product offerings, and customer experience. Share insights and best practices across the business to drive success.
Your Profile:
- You are an experienced sales leader with 6+ years in sales, including at least 3 years in management, leading high-performing teams of 10 or more people
- You have a strong background in sales—whether in a high-growth startup, scale-up and have successfully scaled teams and operations.
- You’re a strategic thinker, but you also thrive in the execution—turning plans into action with a hands-on approach.
- You have a deep understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and have successfully led sales efforts across multiple markets.
- You’re results-driven and know how to create and lead teams that exceed targets while continuously optimizing sales processes.
- You are an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and adept at building relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
